Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using GoldCall, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
GoldCall helps you practice sales conversations with an AI roleplay partner, record voicemail practice, and receive AI-generated feedback. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Sign-in is handled by your Google, Apple, or email provider via Firebase Authentication.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
Recordings you create are of your own practice. If a recording includes another person's voice or personal information, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law.
Subscriptions and billing
GoldCall offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, GoldCall Pro, which unlocks AI roleplay calls with generous daily practice time, voicemail scoring, all scenarios and personas, and your personalized AI coach. Live practice time is subject to the fair-use daily and monthly limits shown in the app, which we may adjust as the service evolves.
Plans and price: Pro is offered as a monthly plan and an annual plan. The current price and billing period are shown in the app at the point of purchase and may vary by country or currency.
Free trial: eligible new subscribers may be offered a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price. Free-trial eligibility is determined by the App Store, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Payment and management: on iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID and subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings; for purchases made on the web, payment is processed by Stripe and managed through the billing portal we provide. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the Apple App Store or Stripe, as applicable to how you purchased.
AI-generated content
Roleplay responses and feedback are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They are for practice only and are not professional advice. Use your own judgment.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service over time. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings.
